Indian Darbaar is a registered commercial brand of MPAASV Krishna Productions Pvt. Ltd. (Incorporated 2022), having its principal mill office and commercial headquarters at Bahraich Agricultural Produce Hub, Uttar Pradesh - 271801, India. If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from using our digital services and trade features.

2. Grain Products & Quality Standards

Indian Darbaar specializes in branded rice lineups including Premium 1121 (Basmati), Premium Sona Masoori, Rozzana, and Royal Feast (available in 1kg, 5kg, and 10kg pack sizes). All products described on this platform conform to rigorous milling standards:

• AGMARK Grade A Certification: Rice batches meet standardized grain length, chalkiness index, and broken grain percentage specifications.
• FSSAI Compliance: Processed and packed under FSSAI License No. 12724999000208 with strict hygiene and foreign-matter removal protocols.
• Natural Variations: As agricultural produce harvested across seasonal crop cycles in Northern India, minor natural variances in grain elongation, aroma intensity, or grain hue may occur between crop years.

3. Commercial Quotes & Sample Orders

Price quotes issued through our direct desk or website contact forms are non-binding estimates until confirmed in a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Order agreement executed by authorized signatories of MPAASV Krishna Productions Pvt. Ltd.

4. Batch Verification & Pack Authenticity

The "Know Your Pack" batch verification portal provides consumers and distributors with verified traceability data directly from our milling records in Bahraich.

Verification results are provided solely for confirming genuine Indian Darbaar packaging and milling details. Any attempt to reverse-engineer serial numbers, automate mass queries, or counterfeit batch codes is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution under Indian criminal and anti-counterfeiting statutes.

5. Trademarks & Intellectual Property

The "Indian Darbaar" name, logo, grain bag packaging designs, trade dress, product photography, editorial stories, and website software are the exclusive intellectual property of MPAASV Krishna Productions Pvt. Ltd.

No user or commercial distributor may copy, reproduce, republish, modify, or use our brand logos or imagery without explicit prior written authorization from our corporate office.

6. Shipping, Logistics & Force Majeure

While we strive for punctual delivery of all bulk commercial orders and sample dispatches, MPAASV Krishna Productions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for shipment delays, non-performance, or cargo damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure events).

Force Majeure events include, but are not limited to: severe monsoon flooding, crop failures, port strikes, maritime blockades, government export tariff changes or APEDA embargoes, customs inspections, and global supply chain disruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

Except as explicitly guaranteed under formal commercial sales contracts or AGMARK quality certificates, all website content and informational services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MPAASV Krishna Productions Pvt. Ltd. disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site access, delayed inquiries, or third-party logistics delays.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, along with any commercial transactions or legal disputes arising hereunder, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any legal actions, arbitration proceedings, or claims must be instituted exclusively in the competent courts having jurisdiction over Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh, India.
